What happens if I'm late for my shift or unable to commit to my shift? (Healthcare Professionals)

If you are late for your shift you should immediately notify the Healthcare Practice. Their contact information can be found on the Relief Buddy app in the shift details section and in the Shift Agreement emailed to you to confirm the shift.

If you are unable to reach them, please contact your Network Admin (How Do I Contact my Network Admin?). Please be aware that wages paid may be adjusted according to the actual hours worked if you are late. If you are unable to commit to the shift, you may be charged a cancellation fee as outlined in the Shift Agreement and in the Terms of Service Agreement as is applicable to your local jurisdiction.
