Overview
Relief Buddy includes a post-shift rating system that allows both Healthcare professionals and Healthcare Providers Locations (Owners/Offices/Pharmacies) to provide feedback after a shift has been completed.
These ratings help improve the overall quality of the Relief Buddy network by collecting structured feedback about shift experiences. The information helps the platform better understand reliability, satisfaction, and working relationships between professionals and locations.
Who Can Submit a Rating
After a completed shift:

Locations can rate the Worker
Submitting a rating is optional, but feedback is encouraged as it helps strengthen the community and maintain professional standards across the network.
When Ratings Can Be Submitted
Ratings become available after a shift has been completed.
You will see the rating prompt when confirming or completing shift details.
A rating can be submitted within 3 days after the shift ends. After this period, the rating option will no longer be available.
What Information Is Included in a Rating
Each rating includes the following:
Star Rating
You can provide a rating from 1 to 5 stars to reflect your overall experience.
Optional Comment
You may add a short comment (up to 100 characters) to provide additional context.
