Relief Buddy App Isn't Loading / I'm Not Seeing my Information
The Relief Buddy Mobile App and Desktop portal require a stable internet connection to function properly. As this is a real-time application, very little data is stored locally.
Often times, using Airplane mode for 30 seconds and then turning off Airplane mode will often clear up any WiFi / Data Connection issues.
Always check to ensure that you have a strong connection to either WiFi or Mobile Data to get the best performance out of the Relief Buddy app.
