Why Can't I Upload My ID / Profile Photos During Registration? (iPhone)

To ensure your iPhone photos are uploaded as JPGs, go to Settings > Camera > Formats and select "Most Compatible" instead of "High Efficiency"

To ensure your iPhone photos are uploaded as JPGs, go to Settings > Camera > Formats and select "Most Compatible" instead of "High Efficiency". This setting will save all new photos and videos in JPEG or H.264 format.

 Here's a more detailed explanation:
Access Camera Settings: Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on "Camera".

Select Formats: Within the Camera settings, tap on "Formats".

Choose Most Compatible: You'll see two options: "High Efficiency" (HEIF/HEVC) and "Most Compatible". Select "Most Compatible".

New Photos as JPG: After making this change, all new photos and videos will be saved in JPEG or H.264 format, ensuring they are uploaded as JPGs.

Existing Photos: This setting only affects new photos; existing photos in HEIC format will remain as such.
