I'm having trouble with the App, what should I do?
If you are experiencing issues using the app, please try the following:
1. Check for Updates and ensure you are using the latest version.
2. Ensure you are connected to a stable network or have access to a reliable Data / Wi-Fi connection. Trying turning off all data services (Airplane mode), wait 30 seconds and then turn on all data services, this will quickly refresh the connection with our servers and will sync the latest data to your mobile device.
3. Contact your Network Admin (How Do I Contact my Network Admin?) directly and, share details of the issue you are facing, and if possible share screen shots or a screen recording to help us solve the issue quickly.
