How do I sign up for Automated Electronic Payments? (Auto-Pay)

You can arrange to setup Automated Electronic Payments directly in the Mobile App or Desktop Portal.

Select "Payment Settings"
Select Location to Configure payments (each location can have different payment methods setup)

Press "add" to add payment type or "edit" to change existing
Select "Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)" or "Credit Card" and follow the on screen instructions.

Note: When setting up PAD with Stripe, we recommend doing it from the Desktop portal and allocating a few minutes as the Secure Stripe Authentication process make take up to 5 minutes (depending on your bank).
