How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password, please open the Relief Buddy app, press the login button, enter your account email, then on the next screen press the "Forgot Password?" link. 

Be sure to check your SPAM/Junk folders for the reset instructions and always add ReliefBuddy.com to your safe senders list. 

On the App:

1. Open the Relief Buddy app and press the Login button to access the Login screen.
2. Enter your account email
3. Click on "Forgot Password?"
4. On the Forgot Password screen, enter in the email address for your Relief Buddy account and press the Submit button.  You will be emailed a reset password message shortly.

In your email Inbox:

1. Look for an email from "@ReliefBuddy.com" and open the password reset email and select the "Reset Password" link.
2. From the reset password page, enter your new password and select "Submit".  Be sure to remember your new password to login to the App.

Logging into the App:

1. Open the Relief Buddy App and select "Log In" and enter the following:
   1. Email:  (your email associated with your Relief Buddy account)
   2.  Password:  (your new password)
2. With the email and password entered, the "Submit" button will be enabled.  Select the "Submit" button to log-in.
