How Does RB Pay Payment Processing Work for Healthcare Professionals?
Learn what happens after you complete a shift and when you can expect to receive your RB Pay payment.
How Does RB Pay Payment Processing Work for Healthcare Professionals?
Once you complete an RB Pay shift, there are a few steps that need to happen before your payment can be processed.
Step 1: Submit Your Shift Hours
After completing your shift, submit your worked hours through Relief Buddy.
Your payment cannot begin processing until your hours have been submitted.
Step 2: The Healthcare Provider Confirms Your Hours
The healthcare provider will review the hours you submitted and confirm that they are correct.
Both the healthcare professional and the healthcare provider must confirm the shift hours before RB Pay payment processing can begin.
Step 3: RB Pay Processes Your Payment
Once the healthcare provider has confirmed the hours, Relief Buddy will validate the shift information and process your payment through RB Pay.
This process can take up to five business days depending on the payment mode the user has selected.
You should generally expect to receive your payment within five business days after the healthcare provider has confirmed your submitted hours.
Do I Need to Request Payment Separately?
No additional payment request is required once:
- You have submitted your hours, and
- The healthcare provider has confirmed those hours.
RB Pay processing begins automatically once both steps are complete.
Where Can I Find My Payment Statement?
Once your payment has been processed, a copy of your pay statement will be sent to your email.
You can also access current and historical statements through the View Statements option within your RB Pay settings.
