# How do I upload my resume, and why do you need it?

## View your profile, press edit (top right), scroll to resume, and select upload

Click on the app's menu icon at the top left of the screen, click profile.

You can review your profile, and edit your personal information.

Scroll to "Resume" and upload your updated version. 

Ensure you are using PDF format.

Keeping your resume up to date ensures that when your profile is reviewed for available shift, the location managers know your true history. 

Location managers like to see a resume when screening potential workers as it showcases their work experience/skills that are not able to be listed on their profile.

If you are having trouble, please send to your network administrator asking for it to be updated.
