# How do I turn on/off push notifications? How can I ensure I am receiving alerts for all the new shifts?

## Access Main Menu, select Notification Settings and set your preferences.

You can configure Notification directly in the Relief Buddy App under the "Notification Settings" menu.

That's it, now you can control the exact type and method of notifications generated by the Relief Buddy App. 

**Note:** These settings apply only to *new* Job/Shift notifications. If you have already applied to or are actively engaged in a Job/Shift, you will continue to receive all relevant notifications for that engagement regardless of these settings.
