How do I setup a Separate Billing Email Address?

To setup Billing Address, set your location, then review your profile and edit the location billing address. Repeat for each location.

Streamline your invoicing process with our new Billing Address feature! Owners and Location Managers can now easily include the billing team on all invoices sent through Relief Buddy.

You can setup Billing Address directly in the Mobile App or Desktop Portal.

(Note: This feature only applies to future invoices, and may take up to 7 days to take effect.)

 

  • Billing email is setup per location
  • Start by selecting "Change / Add Pharmacy"
  • Set the location you wish to configure

  • Once location is set, select Profile and Edit

  • Scroll down and un-check the box "Billing email is the same as owner email?"
  • Add Billing Email and press Save
  • Repeat for each location
