# How do I setup a Separate Billing Email Address?

## To setup Billing Address, set your location, then review your profile and edit the location billing address. Repeat for each location.

**Billing Address — Setup Guide**

The Billing Address feature lets Owners and Location Managers add a dedicated billing email to each location, so the billing team automatically receives all invoices sent through Relief Buddy.

You can setup **Billing Address**directly in the Mobile App or Desktop Portal.

**Note:** This feature applies to future invoices only and may take up to 7 days to take effect. It does not update any invoices that have already been sent.
