The Shift Search feature is based on your profile settings. Including, Maximum Shift Distance, Minimum Wage Rate, Software Knowledge, and Skills.
Ensuring that this information is accurate will ensure your profile is matched with the most shifts in your area.
Recommended Shift Search Settings:

- We recommend you set shift distance slightly larger then you would actually use. The system is literal, and can exclude locations that are on the boundary of your limit. The distance is based on your home address, ensure that's accurate if you have recently moved.

- We recommend setting a minimum rate slightly lower than you would actually prefer. This will allow you to see more shifts and apply with your requested higher rate. You can request a different rate for each shift you apply for, allowing you more over all control.
