Changing provinces on Relief Buddy requires valid provincial licensing (where applicable) and emailing proof and an updated address to support@reliefbuddy.com
Changing Provinces on Relief Buddy
If you’ve moved to a new province or are planning to work in a different province, we’re happy to help update your Relief Buddy profile so you can continue seeing and accepting relevant opportunities.
For Regulated Professionals (College-Registered)
To work in a new province, you must be fully licensed and registered in that province before we can update your profile.
Please make sure you have the following ready:

✅ An active license in your new province

✅ Registration visible on the appropriate provincial college website

✅ Proof of registration or licensing (screenshot or document)

✅ Your updated residential address
Once you have these, simply email support@reliefbuddy.com with the above information. Our team will review your request and take care of the update for you.
For Non-Registered or Non-College Groups
If your role does not require registration with a provincial college, you can still update your province on Relief Buddy.
Please contact support@reliefbuddy.com and include:

Your updated address

Any relevant details related to your role or work eligibility
Our team will assist you with the transition and ensure your profile reflects your new location.
