As a Healthcare Professional - What are my commitments?

Uphold commitments, represent the business professionally, adhere to ethical standards, and provide timely support to customers.

When a Healthcare Professional accepts a temporary shift, they dedicate their day to the business, forgoing other potential income opportunities. As a result, the business relies on the Healthcare Professional to:

  • Honor their commitments to agreed-upon wage rates, shift timings, and any other discussed arrangements.
  • Represent the business fairly and appropriately throughout their shift.
  • Adhere to all ethical standards set forth by their accrediting body.
  • Provide timely and professional advice and support to the business's customers.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Cancelling a shift inadequate notice can leave the Healthcare Provider without the qualified staff they need to support their patients for the day.

As a Healthcare Professional it's your job to adhere to your commitments to ensure a positive experience for all members on the Relief Buddy platform.
